1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes what data is processed when you use the website https://www.g-systems.uz (the "Website"), why it is needed, how it is protected and what rights visitors have.

The operator of the Website is the G-SYSTEMs development team ("we" or the "operator"; contact details are in Section 10). By using the Website you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. What data we process

The Website is a static studio portfolio: there is no registration, no personal accounts, no online store, no newsletters and no advertising systems. Visitor behaviour is not tracked and no third-party web analytics is installed on the Website.

We may receive the following data:

• data from the inquiry form that you fill in yourself: what to call you, a contact for replies (e-mail or Telegram username) and a description of your task;
• data from messages you send us directly — by email or via Telegram;
• technical data that your browser or the hosting infrastructure transmits automatically when pages load: IP address, browser type and version, device, interface language. It is processed in a depersonalised form and is needed for the Website to work correctly and securely.

The inquiry form does not send data to a Website server: the browser assembles the entered text into a ready-made message and opens it in your email client or in Telegram. The form fields are never stored anywhere.

3. Purposes of data processing

Data is used only to communicate with you about your inquiry:

• replying to your request and clarifying the task;
• preparing a proposal and estimating timeline and cost;
• running the correspondence and the project itself if you become our client.

We do not run advertising or marketing mailings, and visitor data is never used for them.

4. Cookies and local storage

The Website sets no first-party tracking cookies and connects no third-party analytics systems. Some interface elements (for example, showing the boot screen once per session) use sessionStorage — the data stays only on your device and is never sent to us.

To display fonts the Website connects to Google Fonts. When fonts load, your IP address and technical request parameters may be processed by Google's services in accordance with their privacy policy. Google Fonts can be blocked with browser settings or content blockers.

5. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell, rent or otherwise share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Exceptions:

• the communication channel you choose — if you write to us on Telegram, your data is handled under Telegram's rules; an email is handled by your and our email providers;
• technical providers (hosting, CDN, Google Fonts) — they receive only the technical minimum required to run the Website;
• a legal requirement — disclosure in cases expressly provided for by law.

6. Storage and protection of data

Data from inquiries is stored in our correspondence (email, Telegram) and protected from outside access: only team members who need it to work on your task can see it. We never publish the data we receive.

We keep data as long as it is needed to handle your request or project, plus any retention periods the law requires for documentation. On your request, data is deleted or depersonalised earlier.

7. Your rights

At any time you may contact the operator and:

• ask what data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or withdraw your consent to processing;
• restrict the processing of your data.

Requests are handled within a reasonable time. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.

8. Links to external resources

The Website contains links to external services (for example, Telegram). This Policy does not apply to them — once you follow an external link, the rules of the respective service apply.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update the Policy — for example, when the data we handle or the applicable law changes. The new version is published on this page with a new version date. By continuing to use the Website after the changes are published, you accept the updated version.
